Designed for leadership teams navigating growth, complexity, and culture at scale.
LoCo Leadership Forums is a curated, half-day executive forum hosted by LoCo Think Tank — built specifically for middle-market leadership teams who want real conversation, real peers, and real progress.
This is not a conference.
This is not a mixer.
This is facilitated peer leadership — not passive networking.
Q1 2026 Forum
Radically defining culture.
Radically reinforcing culture.
? Wednesday, March 11, 2026
⏰ 8:30 AM – 2:30 PM
? The Milltop at Ginger & Baker | Fort Collins
? Limited to 76 leaders
Why This Forum Exists
High-performing cultures aren’t built on perks, posters, or slogans.
They’re built on: clear leadership behaviors, consistent standards, trust that holds under pressure.
Culture isn’t an adjective. It’s a verb.
This forum equips middle-market leaders with practical frameworks and peer insight to define, reinforce, and protect culture as their organizations grow.

Featured Keynote
Mark Weaver (bio below)
Leadership Advisor | Culture & Accountability Expert
Interactive Keynote + Peer Application
Part 1: Radically Defining Culture
Part 2: Radically Reinforcing Culture
Mark’s sessions are designed to immediately feed into peer 'labs': turning insight into action in real time.
Peer Leadership Labs
Lab A: Values of Engagement
How leaders unintentionally shape culture through what they tolerate, reward, and repeat
Define culture through leadership behavior — not values statements.
Lab B: The Correction Model
How leaders address misalignment without eroding trust or culture
Learn a clear, repeatable framework for addressing performance issues while protecting trust and standards.
You will leave with:
- A practical understanding of how trust is built, maintained, and repaired through everyday leadership behaviors
- The ability to solve real performance and alignment issues directly — without creating new problems
- A fundamental shift in how culture is understood: from something you HAVE to something you DO
Who Should Attend
This forum is designed primarily for leadership teams of mid-sized organizations, but we welcome any leader who resonates with the challenges mentioned.
Also a Good Fit If You…
- Lead a smaller or earlier-stage company that is growing quickly
- Are part of a professional services firm supporting middle-market clients
- Hold a senior leadership role and want deeper peer conversation than typical networking events offer
- Are stepping into greater leadership responsibility and want practical frameworks — not theory
- If you’re responsible for people, performance, and culture, and you want to learn alongside leaders facing real organizational complexity, you’ll be welcome in the room.

At that time, Philip Crosby Associates employed 300 people around the world and had 40% of Fortune 500 companies as clients...as well as a whole lot of mid-sized ones. There, he saw first hand how employee engagement, culture change, and education could improve quality, morale, and the bottom line for clients.
Mark has created programs that have been featured in Entrepreneur, Training, Working Mother, and CBS This Morning. He has spoken at state and national conferences and testified before state and federal Congressional committees. His work was featured in the November 2012 edition of HR Magazine in their cover article on “Business Transformations.” He is currently in the editing stage on a book titled, “The Inside Job: A Tale of Two Companies.”
Outside of helping client organizations, Mark provides career coaching in the community as a give back. He advises on strategies to help displaced people get closure, become more visible, and land well.
