Spark - A practical and collaborative approach toward co-creating stronger and kinder communities. This presentation is for community groups (service clubs, schools, and like-minded conferences) and events. The audience will receive a link for a free download - The LoCo Community Conversation Field Kit. This mini-course in group design and meeting facilitation unfolds the LoCo way for issue/opportunity processing and adapts it for use in topical conversations that affect the community.
Floats - This is an audience-engaged presentation designed for groups of small business owners from 10 to 50 or more. Audience members receive printed materials where they give themselves a self-exam on their business enterprise. In the areas of Financial, Leadership, Operations, Administrative, Technology, and Sales - where are you today, and where are you going? Curt shares stories of perspective gathering and successful progress, and especially helps young business owners understand which parts of their enterprise might need the most attention next.
