Moses Horner
Meet Moses Horner, facilitator of the FOCO Think Tank chapter. Moses owns Horner Painting, which he started in 1999 and has grown steadily over the last 20+ years. Today, Horner Painting is one of the largest residential painting contractors in Northern Colorado, with 30+ team members. Moses also runs Horner Investments, which owns Fort Collins and Greeley rental properties. His wife Sara helped build the business for 17 years and now is a Realtor with The Group Inc. Their two children, Jake and Macy, are out of the house, leaving Moses with time to share his business knowledge and experience to give back to the community by helping other small businesses and nonprofits to thrive. Moses enjoys all things outdoors, especially mountain biking, snowboarding and wake surfing.

I have been blessed to have many mentors in my life that have helped me in my journey. I found myself seeking purpose after my kids had moved out of the house. Being a LoCo facilitator is an ideal way for me to have a fulfilling role and help other businesses and business leaders grow.

Reliable - Its not a sexy word but showing up and doing what you say over a long period of time has weight.
Marketing - I really enjoy spending time figuring out why I'm in business and then effectively getting that story out to my customers.
Humility - Constantly I pinch myself and wonder how is all this possible. I am grateful for the blessings in my life.
Margin - Both in business and personal finances working with margin helps to bring stability. Running things too lean will mean failure at some level.

Designed for the owners of smaller but high-potential businesses in our communities. Builders members will generally have five or fewer employees and less than $500,000 in gross revenues.

Our facilitators are driven by the purpose and impact of the role and focused on maximizing the experience of members. The facilitator manages communications leading up to and following each meeting, maintains order during the meetings, and meets one-on-one, or in small groups, with members in between chapter meetings.
