Pete has 33 years of leadership experience from being the youngest officer promoted in 20 years at Fort Collins Police Services, being an executive in a fast growth privately held company growing from $50 Million to $240 Million in nine years, to founding and exiting Total Facility Care, his own regional company with 150 employees and $6 Million in ARR.
Pete’s is married to Linda his high school sweetheart, is father to two, and grandfather to nine! He loves spending time with his family, hiking, fly fishing and exploring in his Jeep.
