Mark Weaver

Mark started Open Door in 2009 to help organizations define, reset and/or totally change their culture. He also provides non-conventional people strategies tailored to organizations’ cultures. His clients are businesses and Not-For-Profits ranging in size from startups to several hundred team members, mostly in the U.S.

Mark has created programs that have been featured in Entrepreneur, Training, and CBS This Morning. He has spoken at state and national conferences and testified before state and federal Congressional committees. His work was featured in the November 2012 edition of HR Magazine in their cover article on “Business Transformations.” He has recently authored a book titled, “The Open Door: A Tale of Two Companies.”
