Our facilitators are driven by the purpose and impact of the role and focused on maximizing the experience of members. The facilitator manages communications leading up to and following each meeting, maintains order during the meetings, and meets one-on-one, or in small groups, with members in between chapter meetings.

Kim O’Neil is a business investor, advisor, and operations leader.  She is the former Chief Operations Officer of Encompass Technologies, a Fort Collins based company providing end-to-end business management solutions for the entire beverage supply chain. 

Through her 12 year tenure at Encompass, the company grew from 8 local employees to 125 US employees and over 500 global team members. Kim was instrumental in navigating the growth curve, leading through multiple acquisitions, and obtaining two rounds of private equity investment. 

Kim also has a background in technology with a 10-year career at HP in software project management and can't wait to help business leaders navigate their own growth trajectories with LoCo.
